okay aaaaaaand done! well, this outfit at least.  his name is shikoku and he doesn’t really have a home, per say, he usually just lives on the various docks wherever he happen to stop for the day.  his magic mostly deals with the tides (the thing on the inside of his hat is supposed to be waves, heh).  i’m gonna try and decide who (what, really) his familiars will be!  (i have a pygmy seahorse in mind but…i haven’t been able to come up with a good design)
